Important Updates
- All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days from the order date.
- Shipments may take up to 7-10 business days due to backup and delays amongst courier services.
- We do not accept any refunds as of 5/17/23 due to unprecedented times. Only store credit or exchanges are accepted on all orders.
Returns
- ALL SALE ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- FULL PRICED ITEMS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED STARTING 5/17/23
- APPLIED DISCOUNTS ON FULL-PRICED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once item is shipped.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- If item comes back clearly worn or destroyed, customer will be liable for any cost to damages.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Customer must ship back item within 7 days of receiving a return label.
- Return label is $5 or customer may ship themselves for all US. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
- No Returns or Store Credit for vintage items, underwear, and accessories
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only applicable to full-priced items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Return label for exchange is $5 or customer may ship themselves for all US. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
- No Returns or Store Credit for vintage items, underwear, and accessories
Lost/Stolen Packages
- ROUTE shipping insurance is automatically added at checkout unless customer opts-out.
- Customer must purchase ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout in order to receive a refund, exchange, or store credit on all lost or stolen packages.
- Selva Negra is not liable for any lost or stolen packages without ROUTE shipping insurance
- If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us first.
- If your package is in "pre-shipment" for longer than 10 business days, please reach out to us first.
Price Adjustments
- Prices can only be adjusted to match discounted price if the items were purchased within 3 days of the sale.
